Troubleshoot a Growth connection

Fix common Growth installation, event, origin, and verification problems.

Script loads but no activity appears

Confirm g.js loads on the live customer-facing page, then inspect the /api/events request. A successful ingestion response means Growth received the event.

403 origin_not_allowed

The publishable key is scoped to its product domain. Make sure the event originates from the configured site or an allowed subdomain. Do not weaken origin restrictions to solve an unrelated-domain error.

Zero is valid

If installation is correct but nobody has used the site yet, Growth should show a waiting/learning state rather than fabricate activity.
