Add the Growth script through the site’s global header/custom-code mechanism rather than editing individual pages. Clear caches after publishing, visit the public site, and verify activity in Connections.

Do not send sensitive content

Growth is designed for behavioral events. Do not place passwords, payment details, form contents, health data, or other sensitive values in event properties.
